Nature of the Service

• GrabOnward provides temporary flight reservations (commonly referred to as "onward tickets" or "dummy tickets") primarily intended for visa applications, proof of onward travel at airline check-in, and immigration screening.
• Not an Actual Travel Ticket: You explicitly understand and agree that this document is a temporary reservation and not a confirmed e-ticket for boarding or physical travel. You cannot board an aircraft using a GrabOnward reservation.

Booking Validity & PNR Life

• Each reservation contains a valid booking reference (PNR) created through standard travel reservation systems.
• The validity of the reservation is strictly temporary (ranging from 24 to 72 hours, or as specified during your order selection).
• Airlines hold the sole discretion to cancel, alter, or release held inventory without prior notice. Once expired or released by the airline, the booking reference will no longer show as active.

User Responsibility & Accuracy

• You are solely responsible for providing accurate passenger information (matching your passport name, nationality, and travel dates).
• It is your sole duty to confirm whether temporary onward reservations meet the specific regulations of your transit airline, embassy, consulate, or border authority.

Pricing & Payments

• All service fees are clearly displayed on our platform prior to purchase.
• Payment is collected upfront via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card credentials on our servers.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price adjustments will not affect already confirmed and paid orders.

Delivery Policy

• Reservations are generated and delivered digitally via email or direct download upon payment verification.
• Standard delivery is generally completed within minutes. GrabOnward is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect email input, spam filters, or unexpected technical outages on third-party mail servers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Digital Nature: Because our service delivers an instantly generated digital reservation, all sales are generally final once the reservation has been issued.
• Eligible Refunds: A full or partial refund will only be considered under the following conditions:
  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical gateway error.
  • Failure on our end to deliver the reservation within a reasonable window due to system failure.
  • Internal data generation errors attributable solely to our platform.
• Ineligible Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if:
  • Your visa or entry permit is rejected or delayed by an embassy or border official.
  • An airline refuses boarding at their own discretion.
  • You provided incorrect dates, routes, or passenger details during checkout.

Limitation of Liability

• GrabOnward shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to visa rejections, denied airline boarding, missed connections, cancellation charges, fines, or accommodation expenses.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrabOnward's aggregate financial liability for any dispute shall never exceed the total fee paid for the specific service purchased.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or counterfeit documentation purposes.

You agree not to resell, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform or booking documents without explicit written permission.

Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
