Not a Confirmed Boarding Ticket
  • GrabOnward provides temporary, verifiable flight reservations (commonly referred to as onward tickets, dummy tickets, or flight itineraries) intended primarily for visa applications, consular appointments, and preliminary proof of onward travel at airline check-in or border immigration.
  • No Boarding Rights: A reservation document issued by GrabOnward is not an actual e-ticket (electronic passenger ticket) for air travel. It does not grant boarding rights, seat allocations for carriage, or physical transportation on any airline. You cannot board any flight using this reservation document alone.

No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Border Entry
  • Visa Applications: The decision to grant, refuse, or delay a visa lies solely within the sovereign jurisdiction and discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government visa processing authority. GrabOnward makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any temporary reservation document will ensure visa approval.
  • Border Control & Airlines: Entry permissions, transit clearances, and boarding authorizations remain strictly at the discretion of immigration officials and individual airline gate staff. GrabOnward bears no responsibility if an authority, airline, or border agent requests a fully paid, non-temporary ticket or rejects a held reservation.

Third-Party Systems and Airline Schedule Variations
  • Reservations are generated through third-party global distribution systems (GDS) and partner booking networks.
  • Airlines retain absolute authority over their seat inventory. Carriers may cancel, re-schedule, or release unpaid temporary holds without prior notice. GrabOnward does not control and cannot be held liable for unexpected seat cancellations, schedule shifts, or premature inventory releases initiated by the operating airline.

User Due Diligence
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that temporary onward travel reservations comply with the specific legal requirements and transit rules of your destination country, visa category, and carrier policies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all submitted details (passenger names, dates, airports, and passport info) prior to submission.

Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall GrabOnward, its founders, affiliates, or technical partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • This exclusion of liability covers, without limitation:
    • Visa application rejections, delays, or rescheduling charges.
    • Denied airport check-in, refused boarding, or denied entry at border immigration.
    • Additional ticket purchases, cancelled travel plans, missed connections, hotel penalties, or monetary fines.
